VrioPack sends 500,000 masks to those affected by DANA
Eduardo Vázquez Río, our CEO, is committed to those affected by DANA and believes that masks will be needed every day due to the risk of infections.
The people of Lugo continue to show their support for those affected by the disaster, each within their means. The company VrioPack, based in the O Ceao industrial estate in Lugo, will send five hundred thousand masks to the victims and to the volunteers involved in the clean-up work in Valencia.
The use of face masks has become a key protective measure to prevent infection among those engaged in clean-up work in areas with standing water and mud.
‘We are providing something that was requested and is already needed,’ says Eduardo Vázquez Río, CEO of VrioPack. He also warns that ‘demand will increase every day due to the high pollution that will be generated by the accumulation of waste on the streets.
